Just curious....there are only so many ways to cook a steak, what do you API to make yours different, make it stand out or make a bold Steakment?
For giggles I like to finely chop garlic and put it in softened butter to dab on top or mmmmmm make it a bit Tex-Mex and I used some cumin, chili powder, onion powder & coriander. That was a nice Treat!
